Delivery within the UK for electric scooters and hoverboards is FREE and typically takes 3–5 working days.

Off-road electric scooters can be delivered directly to your door in as little as 3–5 working days using our free express truck service.

Delivery within the UK for electric bikes is FREE and usually takes 3–5 working days by truck.

1.1 Shipping from United Kingdom Warehouse (Oldbury)

Within the United Kingdom, ScooterPRO operates two warehouses and dispatches orders via DHL, DPD, or Yodel.
The courier will contact you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery time slot.

Tracking information will be sent by email on the day of dispatch.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days.

1.2 Shipping from Other European Warehouses

For deliveries from other European warehouses, we ship via DHL or DPD.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days.

All parcels will be provided with a tracking number, sent to you by email once dispatched.

1.3 Shipping Insurance

ScooterPRO is responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel only while it is in transit. Once your order has been delivered and received, shipping insurance is no longer valid.

Please note that shipping insurance covers the parcel during transit only and does not apply after delivery has been completed.

Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or order cancellations.

Accessories

Accessories are delivered FREE of charge and typically arrive within 3–10 working days.

Please note: Accessories ordered together with hoverboards or electric scooters may be shipped separately, as they may be dispatched from different warehouses. This includes items such as helmets, seats, locks, and other accessories.

  Important Shipping Notes

  1. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be dispatched the following working day.

  2. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation, with delivery taking 2–5 working days.

  3. If an item is out of stock in the UK, it will be shipped from another European warehouse via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 4–9 working days.

  4. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped on Mondays.
