What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Maestro.
We also accept PayPal.
You can also choose to pay by instalments with Klarna.



Why was my credit card payment declined?

Please make sure that the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and other information you entered are correct, and that there is sufficient available credit on your card.

If the payment is still declined, it may be due to our system’s security measures against potential fraud. In this case, you can contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction or try using a different card.

You may also try another payment method such as PayPal or Klarna.


2. Credit Card via PayPal

PayPal Credit (UK customers):
If your payment fails, please ensure that your card is enabled for international online transactions. This is the most common reason for bank declines, particularly for UK-based customers.


3. Why has my payment been declined?

If you’re having trouble paying with a credit or debit card, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following reasons:

(1) PayPal Credit

  • The cardholder’s name and address do not match the billing details. Please ensure that all information, including card number, expiration date, and CVV code, is entered correctly and matches your card statement.

  • Your card has reached its limit for online transactions.

  • The transaction page has timed out.

  • Leaving the page before completing the checkout process.

(2) PayPal

  • The transaction page has timed out.

  • Leaving the page before completing the checkout process.

  • Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to a backup payment method such as a bank account or credit card.

Please note that ScooterPRO does not collect or store your credit or debit card details or personal payment information.
